Carlos is a lifelong Philadelphian with a background in secondary education, concentrating in African American and American History. After nearly a decade in the classroom, Carlos founded We Love Philly to teach volunteerism, entrepreneurship, and content creation to Philadelphia teens left behind by mainstream institutions, including the Digital Marketing and Cybersecurity programs this agency is built on.

Jason is a writer, producer, and creative with a background in journalism and project management, previously Head of Podcasts for HOT 97 and WBLS in New York. Jason leads We Love Philly's Digital Agency, working directly with the Digital Marketing team on client strategy and growth.

Andrea joined We Love Philly's Digital Marketing program in 2021 and is now the agency's first Digital Marketing Coordinator, helping run client projects and mentor the rest of the team.

Tyreek is a cybersecurity engineer and offensive security researcher focused on cloud-native security, vulnerability research, and threat modeling. He leads client-facing security engagements for the agency's Cybersecurity practice.
